1. Implement in practice the following main directions of broad involvement of the population, especially youth and women in entrepreneurship, enhancement of system of microfinancing, and also the state support of entrepreneurship:

increase in interest and interest of the population in occupation entrepreneurship;

implementation of the training system directed to forming at the population of the skills necessary in the field of entrepreneurship, broad attraction to this process of the international organizations, non-state non-profit organizations and the non-state educational organizations;

institutional enhancement and development of the system of microcredit directed to support of entrepreneurship;

development of social programs for support of entrepreneurship of the population in harmony and coordinated with the reforms realized in economy;

creation of the full-fledged system directed to expansion and development of activities of the population having skills and experience of entrepreneurship and also other representatives of small business by realization of their potential;
