1. Approve Rules on providing the throughput and inside modes in buildings of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial branches.

2. In the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department of safety of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – National Bank):

1) together with Legal department of National Bank state registration of the presents joint the resolution and the order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of the presents joint the resolution and the order on official Internet resource of National Bank after their official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of the presents joint the resolution and the order submission to Legal department of National Bank of data on execution of the actions provided by the subitem 2) of this Item and Item 3 this joint the resolution and the order.

3. To department of information and communications press services of National Bank to provide within ten calendar days after state registration of the presents joint the resolution and the order the direction them to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

4. Joint the resolution and the order to assign control of execution of the presents to the Chairman of National Bank.

5. The presents the joint resolution and the order become effective after ten calendar days after day of its official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules on providing the throughput and inside modes in buildings of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its territorial branches (further – Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of Item 5 of Requirements for technical reinforcement of the objects which are subject to the state protection, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 7, 2011 No. 1151 "Some questions of the objects which are subject to the state protection" and determine procedure for providing the throughput and inside modes in buildings of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – National Bank) and its territorial branches.

2. In Rules the following basic concepts are used:

1) territorial branch – territorial branch of National Bank, including its building, the territory adjoining to it, including service premises and the territory of the courtyard;

2) authorized employees of territorial branches are the employees of territorial branches of National Bank responsible for control of providing the throughput and inside modes in territorial branches of National Bank;

3) the police officer on point duty – the police officer of Management of specialized security service of areas and cities of Astana, Almaty and Shymkent of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – USSO), responsible for implementation of measures for providing the throughput and inside modes in buildings of National Bank and its territorial branches, Permanent Mission of National Bank in the city of Almaty (further – Representation);

4) buildings – the buildings relating to especially important state objects which are subject to the state protection:
