implementation of system of financing and cost recovery on delivery of saplings of mulberry, stock and bird to land owners (households);

bring the number of the people occupied on permanent and seasonal work in the field of cocoons to one million in three years.

Development of crafts and home work in the field of silkworm breeding under the Ministry of employment and employment relationships of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Uzbekpaksanoat under the contract with the Center of development of crafts and home work.
