About some questions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1. republican public institution "Committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" by its separation into republican public institution "Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and republican public institution "Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan";

2. republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions of Committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Rename republican public institutions - territorial subdivisions and the state legal entities of Committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. Determine:

1. Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of examination" of Committee of sanitary and epidemiologic control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2. Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan by authorized body on management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The national center of examination of medicines and medical products" Committee of medical and pharmaceutical control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Item 3 of this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

Changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. In the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 10, 2015 No. 634 "About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products, tobacco products manufacture, activities for storage and wholesale of alcoholic products, except for activities for storage and wholesale of alcoholic products in the territory of its production, and also to storage and retail sale of alcoholic products, except for activities for storage and retail sale of alcoholic products in the territory of its production, and the state body performing coordination of licensing and (or) appendix to license for activities in the sphere of production of alcoholic products regarding the applicant's compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, No. 44, the Art. 339):

3) of Item 1 to state the subitem in the following edition:
