1. Accept the offer of non-commercial joint-stock company "National Agrarian Scientific and Educational Center" (further - the NAO "NANOTs") about transfer to republican property of 100 (hundred) percent of share in the authorized capital of "Kazakh Research Institution of Water Economy" and "Research and Production Center of Fishery" limited liability partnerships (further - partnerships) according to the gift agreement.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) together with the NAO "NANOTs" (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;

2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state shares in the authorized capital of partnerships to the Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
