4. To the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, akims of the cities of Nour-Sultan, Almaty, Shymkent and areas to take necessary measures for organizational, material and financial provision of regular elections of deputies of the Majilis of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
