About creation of branch of Federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "Russian state pedagogical university of name A.I. Herzen" in the city of Tashkent

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of preschool education, the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and Federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "The Russian state pedagogical university of name A.I. Herzen" (Russian Federation) (further - University) about creation in the city of Tashkent of branch of Federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "The Russian state pedagogical university of name A.I. Herzen" (further - Branch).

2. Determine the main activities of Branch:

preparation of highly qualified pedagogical personnel in the directions of formation of bachelor degree and specialties of magistracy according to the international educational standards on the basis of needs of regions, the educational organizations and governing bodies in the field of education in personnel with the higher education;

development and deployment in practice of modern educational programs, training techniques, implementation in educational process of the advanced pedagogical and information technologies, the latest developments of science, and also development of pedagogical potential;

carrying out researches in the field of preschool education, correctional pedagogics, psychology and other scientific and methodical industries, development and implementation of the target innovative projects directed to improvement of quality of educational process;

widespread introduction of remote educational technologies in educational process, development and deployment in practice of electronic educational resources;

strengthening and development of long-term cooperation in the field of science and education with the leading educational organizations, research centers and business communities of foreign countries.

3. Determine that Branch:

performs preparation, retraining and advanced training of specialists and research and educational personnel of all levels on the basis of the educational programs conforming to the conventional requirements in the world imposed to quality of the higher education taking into account the need for personnel;

conducts educational process in Russian, further - also in other languages on the basis of the curricula and programs approved by University in coordination with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education and the Ministry of preschool education;

performs training on day, further - on extramural studies;

begins educational activities from 2021/2022 academic years;

performs acceptance of entrants and carries out certification of graduates according to the requirements and rules determined by University in coordination with the Ministry of the higher and secondary vocational education;

issues to graduates the diploma of University of the established sample recognized by the document on the higher education in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Take into consideration that University:

renders assistance to Branch in implementation in educational process of pedagogical and information technologies, the latest developments of pedagogical science, and also in development of remote educational technologies;

involves foreign and domestic professors-teachers in teaching and scientific activities in Branch;

will organize work on retraining and advanced training of professors-teachers of Branch on system basis;

creates library stock of Branch, fills up it with modern educational and methodical and scientific and pedagogical literature, including creates opportunity for use of information resource base of University;

provides equipment of Branch with the necessary educational, laboratory and scientific equipment, including modern tutorials in the objects "correctional pedagogics" and "psychology".

5. Approve:

Structure of the Organizational commission on creation of branch of Federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "Russian state pedagogical university of name A.I. Herzen" in the city of Tashkent according to appendix No. 1;

Structure of the Board of trustees of Branch of Federal state-funded educational institution of the higher education "Russian state pedagogical university of name A.I. Herzen" in the city of Tashkent according to appendix No. 2.

6. Assign the following tasks to the Organizational commission:

management of work on the organization of activities of Branch, the solution of organizational, financial, legal, economic and educational and methodical issues, material logistics, and also other questions connected with full implementation of its activities;

negotiating and implementation of mutual cooperation with management of University concerning the organization of activities of Branch;

equipping and carrying out necessary project, construction and rescue and recovery operations in buildings and constructions of Branch, creation of its infrastructure, development and approval of network schedules of material logistics of Branch;

implementation of constant control and carrying out monitoring of accomplishment of the tasks determined in the approved schedules by the organization of activities of Branch.

7. Determine the main objectives of the Board of trustees:

the effective organization and enhancement of educational process, educational and student teaching of students, increase on system basis of quality of training of bachelors and masters, employment of graduates of Branch, rendering assistance in determination of the perspective directions of training of specialists and scientific and technical personnel taking into account further market development of work;

attraction of charitable means, means of technical assistance (grants), and also other extrabudgetary funds for ensuring the accelerated development of activities of Branch;
