About some questions of transportation of the liquefied oil gas
According to the subitem 2) Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 12, 2004 "On regulation of trading activity", Item 13 of article 27-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 9, 2012 "About gas and gas supply", for the purpose of environmental protection of PRIKAZYVAYU:
1. Impose ban for a period of three years on export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the liquefied oil gas (code of the CN FEA EEU 2711 12 970 0), propane (code of the CN FEA EEU 2711 12 940 0) and butane (code of the CN FEA EEU 2711 13 970 0) road transport, except for export of the liquefied oil gas through customs post Alakol of Dostyk customs of Department of state revenues across Almaty region, and also the moved transit transportations which are beginning and coming to an end outside the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To provide to department of gas and oil and gas chemistry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan the notification of Committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Border service of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan on acceptance within the competence of necessary measures for ensuring execution of Item 1 of this order of the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To provide to department of gas and oil and gas chemistry of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
