According to Articles 7, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of realization of the mechanism of implementation of the obligations assigned to the National agency concerning prevention of corruption we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption which is attached.
