According to Articles 7, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", to the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services", to the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, and for the purpose of realization of the mechanism of implementation of the obligations assigned to the National agency concerning prevention of corruption, PRIKAZYVAYEM:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption which is attached.

2. Recognize as No. which voided the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of October 28, 2016 911, the decision of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption of October 28, 2016 No. 101 "About approval of the Procedure for provision by the Public fiscal service of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 21, 2016 for No. 1677/29807 (with changes).

3. To provide to department of ensuring coordination and monitoring work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure;

promulgation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Marchenko S. N., the Chairman of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption Novikov A. F. and Chairman of the State Tax Administration of Ukraine Lyubchenko A. N.

Procedure for provision by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine for information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers on the income of physical persons on requests of the National agency concerning prevention of corruption

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of realization of procedure for granting by the State Tax Administration of Ukraine of information from the State register of physical persons taxpayers (further - the State register) about the income of physical persons, and also automation of process of interaction between the information and telecommunication system "The Unified State Register of Declarations of Persons Authorized on Accomplishment of Functions of the State or Local Self-government" (further - the Register) the National agency concerning prevention of corruption and the State register according to article 70 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, Articles 11, 12 Laws of Ukraine "About prevention of corruption", to the Laws of Ukraine "About personal data protection", "About information", "About telecommunications", "About information security in information and telecommunication systems", "About electronic confidential services", to the subitem 61 of item 4 of the Regulations on the State Tax Administration of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of March 6, 2019 No. 227, to the Procedure for processing of personal data in base of personal data - the State register of physical persons taxpayers, to No. approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 24, 2015 210, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 12, 2015 for No. 278/26723.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the values given in the Tax code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About electronic confidential services".

3. Subjects of information relations according to this Procedure are GNS and the National agency concerning prevention of corruption (further - the National agency).

4. This Procedure regulates the exchange of information between subjects of information relations including automated rules of creation and submission by the National agency to GNS of requests concerning receipt of information from the State register of data on the income of physical persons, and also forming and provision of responses to such requests.

5. Systems are involved in information exchange:

GNS - State register;

The national agency - the Register.
