For the purpose of implementation of consecutive measures for support of the most vulnerable categories of persons which reached the corresponding age and having long insurance years of service the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.02.2023 No. 168

4. Financing of the payments provided by Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution, is performed at the expense of the means of the government budget provided according to the program 2506080 "Financial provision of pension payment, the allowances and increases to pensions appointed according to pension plans and deficit of means of the Pension fund".

5. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

6. To provide to the pension fund of Ukraine the recalculation of pensions provided by Items 1 - 3 presents of the resolution, on materials of pension cases.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 2019 No. 124 and of April 1, 2020 No. 251

In item 4 of the Procedure for carrying out recalculation of pensions according to part two of article 42 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of February 20, 2019 No. 124 "Questions of carrying out indexation of pensions in 2019" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 663):

In paragraph eight of the word "and date of recalculation of pensions are determined" to replace 1) with the word "is determined";
