1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2015 No. 1225 "About approval of Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 13058, it is published on June 22, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let);

2) Item 3 of the List of some orders of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions are made approved by the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 7, 2017 No. 332 "About modification and amendments in some orders of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15288, it is published on June 30, 2017 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in electronic form).

3. To provide to department of innovative ecosystem of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order, submission to Legal department of the Ministry of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of digital development, innovations and the aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 6) of Item 2 of article 100-1 of the Entrepreneurial code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and determine procedure for provision of innovative grants on technology development of industries.

2. In these rules it is used the following basic concepts:

1) the grantee – group of the physical and (or) legal entities and (or) particular partnerships realizing innovative projects, which received innovative grant according to these rules;

2) council on grant financing (further – council) – collegiate organ which part the odd quantity from representatives of public organizations and the corresponding industries is (under approval), independent experts (domestic and (or) foreign), created within national institute in the field of innovative development, for decision making on projects of uslugopoluchatel taking into account examinations of the requests and criteria shown by provision of the innovative grants established by these rules;
