The procedure for carrying out by customs authorities of identification of the foreign goods placed (placed) under customs procedure of free warehouse, in the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse (further - the Procedure) determines procedure for making of customs transactions when implementing identification of the foreign goods placed (placed) under customs procedure of free warehouse (further - identification of foreign goods), in the goods made (received) with use foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free warehouse (further - finished goods).

Identification of foreign goods in finished goods is performed within the customs control which is carried out according to the Section VI of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union (The Federal Law of November 14, 2017 No. 317-FZ "About ratification of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 47, the Art. 6843) (further - shopping Mall EEU) taking into account provisions of this Procedure for the purpose of identification of foreign goods in finished goods, stipulated in Article 214 shopping Malls EEU.
