2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Rules of observance of the mode at automobile, pedestrian and railway check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic" of February 7, 2009 No. 80.

3. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of establishment of the mode at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Rules) determine procedure for establishment and providing the mode at check points through Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - check points), entrance (entrance) to check points, stay, movements and departure (exit) from them of persons, vehicles, import, stay and cargo exportation, goods and animals, and also implementation of economic and other activity, for the purpose of creation of conditions for implementation of the state control according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About Frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic".

Types of the state control exercised at each check point are determined by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for streamlining of functioning of the check points through frontier of the Kyrgyz Republic intended for the international automobile, air and railway service, and internal stationary posts on highways of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 19, 2007 to No. 556.

3. Rules are obligatory for execution by all citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, foreign citizens and stateless persons, service employees of the companies and organizations, irrespective of their accessory and patterns of ownership, performing international carriages of passengers and goods automobile, air and by rail, and also performing the activities at check points connected with ensuring their functioning.
