According to article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About ensuring sanitary and epidemic wellbeing of the population", to the subitem 14 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), I ORDER:
1. Approve such which are applied:
1) Hygienic regulations of chemicals in air of the working area;
2) Hygienic regulations of biological substances in air of the working area.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of October 13, 2017 No. 1257 "About approval of Hygienic regulations of chemicals in air of the working area", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 7, 2017 for No. 1353/31221.
3. To management of public health care (Ganzha And.) provide submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine - the chief state health officer of Ukraine Lyashko V.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
