In recent years in the country large-scale work on support of industries of economy in realization of vigorous investing and foreign trade activity is carried out.
During 2017 - 2019 the amount of the mastered investments into economy grew in time 2,1, including due to centralized investments - in time 2,8. The share of investments in structure of gross domestic product increased from 21 percent in 2016 to more than 38 percent following the results of 2019. The amount of foreign trade turnover for this period grew in time 1,7.
High investment and foreign trade activity exerted the stimulating impact on increase in production of industrial output in 1,24 of time, construction - in time 1,44, and their share in structure of gross domestic product grew with 24,1 to percent 33,2.
At the same time the global koronavirusny pandemic continues to make restrictive impact on production activity of the companies in a number of industries and sectors of economy owing to violation of cooperation bonds, reducing the product demand and the markets of their sale.
For the purpose of additional support of domestic manufacturers in growth in volumes and nomenclature of domestic industrial output, deepening of cross-industry cooperation and development of chains of value added, and also creation of conditions for development of competitive environment and expansion of participation of domestic manufacturers in system of public procurements:
