1. Determine that import to the Republic of Belarus because of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of portland cement *, the Eurasian Economic Union classified by code 2523 29 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity, in case of its room under customs procedures of release for internal consumption and free customs zone is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Ministry of Architecture according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014).
* Goods are determined only by code of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union, the short name is provided only for convenience of use.
2. Add the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, No. approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 17, 2012 156, Item 24.1-46 of the following content:
"24.19-46. Approval of licensing for portland cement import ( code 2523 29 000 0 of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union)
the letter in any form to approve licensing with reasonable request
5 working days
before date of issue of the import license of portland cement
free of charge".
3.1. notify the Eurasian economic commission on the measures taken according to Item 1 of this resolution;
3.2. submit for consideration of the Eurasian economic commission the offer on application by other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union of the measures similar to the measure established in Item 1 of this resolution;
3.3. inform Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication and is effective within three months, except for Item 3, of the official publication of this resolution which is becoming effective later.
