4. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.

5. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 6.

Changes and additions made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. In paragraphs one of Items 1, 2 and in Item 3 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 28, 1995 No. 379 "About protection of the population of the republic from the infectious diseases which are found at farm animals both observance of veterinary health requirements on delivery and realization of meat and dairy products of" the word "To the state committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan" to replace "The state committee of veterinary science" respectively with words to "The state committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production of the Republic of Uzbekistan", "The state committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production".

In paragraph eleven of Item 12 of the Regulations on licensing of the activities connected with drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and precursors, the Cabinet of Ministers approved by the resolution of July 16, 2003 No. 315 (2003, No. 7, the Art. 63) words of "The state committee of veterinary science" shall be replaced with words the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan "The state committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production".

5. According to the procedure of use of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors in veterinary science, No. 397 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 12, 2003 (SZ of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, Art. No. 17-18, 147):

d) in the Actions column of the Scheme of licensing of veterinary activities of the word "Licensing Body based on the Conclusion of Commission of Experts" shall be replaced with words "The licensing body based on the expert opinion".

In paragraph five of Item 10 of the Regulations on procedure for the carrying out certification of products approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 6, 2004 No. 318 (2004, No. 7, the Art. 63) words "The state committee of veterinary science of the Republic of Uzbekistan" shall be replaced with words the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan "The state committee of veterinary science and development of livestock production of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
