Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (livestock production) "The report on availability and movement of the cattle and bird" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for 2020;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (livestock production) "The report on availability and movement of the cattle and bird" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for 2020.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except the microorganizations and peasant farms), their separate divisions which are performing agricultural activities and having the number of the cattle and bird in terms of conditional livestock of the cattle of 100 and more heads.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2016 No. 39 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (livestock production) "The report on availability and movement of the cattle and bird, rawhide resources" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 29, 2017 No. 34 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of May 31, 2016 No. 39";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 2018 No. 35 "About modification and amendments in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1-skh (livestock production) "The report on availability and movement of the cattle and bird, rawhide resources";
subitem 1.24 of Item 1 of the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of October 11, 2019 No. 105 "About change of resolutions of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2021.
