1. Approve the enclosed Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Export of Collection Materials on Mineralogy, Paleontology, Bones of Fossil Animals" according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 8, 2019 No. 8 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Licensing for Export of Collection Materials on Mineralogy, Paleontology, Bones of Fossil Animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18166, it is published on January 18, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan);

2) the Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 4, 2019 No. 181 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Licensing for Export of Collection Materials on Mineralogy, Paleontology, Bones of Fossil Animals" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18642, it is published on May 21, 2019 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

3. To provide to committee of science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet - resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.
