St. I. - In departure from provisions of the Customs code No. 1149/2000, of the Tax code No. 1163/1997, of the Law on approval of the Combined commodity nomenclature No. 172/2014 and the Law on customs tariff No. 1380/1997 to resolve according to the procedure of Primeriya's exception of municipium of Chisinau import to the country and the room under customs regime of import of five vehicles of special purpose (according to appendix) classified by goods item 8705, provided on a grant basis (donation) of the city of Moscow "Ekotekhprom" by the State unitary enterprise, the Russian Federation, with exemption of import payments, without the alienation right, for the final receiver of the Municipal company of Management of "EXDRUPO", municipiums of Chisinau.
St. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
