1. Approve form of the declaration on property status and the Procedure for filling and submission of the declaration on property status (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 1, 2005 No. 289 "About approval of the Declaration on the income tax and the Declaration on property status of the government employee".
