4. Financing of Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and plan of its management to perform at the expense of the means of the republican budget, means of the special account and other sources which are not forbidden by the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

5. To committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to take measures for the conclusion of bilateral agreements about cooperation with the organizations of television and radio of the Republic of Tajikistan according to the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 28, 2006 No. 610 "About Committee on television and radio under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan".

1. General provisions
