3. Liquidation commission in accordance with the established procedure to finish questions on liquidation of public institution "Academy of medical sciences of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan" and to provide intermediate and final liquidation balance sheets for approval to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

4. National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan within two months to take measures for entering into the structure of established posts of public institution "Academy of medical sciences of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan" and increase in total quantity of full members (academicians) also the member - correspondents of National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.

5. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan financing within regular chislennost and the provided means for this organization.

6. National academy of Sciences of Tajikistan to sign with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan the bilateral agreement on development of medical sciences and strengthenings of cooperation with scientific institutes.

7. Appendices 4 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 3, 2014 No. 148 "About the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan" to exclude the paragraph of the seventh.

8. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 31, 2009 No. 494 "About creation of Public institution "Academy of medical sciences of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan".
