Based on Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of the provision of subsidies for repayment of part of leasing payments approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 2, 2015 No. 146, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine forms of calculation of the amounts of the subsidies provided on repayment of part of leasing payments:
to agricultural organizations, management companies, the organizations of consumer cooperation and the organizations of housing and communal services, according to appendix 1;
to the public forestry and landscape and nature protection institutions subordinated to the Ministry of forestry and Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus, the woodworking organizations to which sites of forest fund for wood procurement are provided in lease, to other organizations, except for agricultural organizations, management companies, the organizations of consumer cooperation and the organizations of housing and communal services, according to appendix 2.
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
