1. This Provision determines procedure for licensing of activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety devices of buildings and constructions.

Licensing of activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety devices of buildings and constructions (further - the licensed type of activity) and federal state licensed control (supervision) of activities for installation, maintenance and repair of fire safety devices of buildings and constructions (further - licensed control) exercises the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, including its territorial authorities - bodies, specially authorized to solve problems of civil defense and task according to the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations on subjects of the Russian Federation (further respectively - the licensing body, territorial authorities).
