About procedure for calculation of the periods of the work granting the right to early purpose of insurance pension on old age according to Items 1, 2 and 20 parts 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", to the health workers providing medical care to patients with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 and suspicion of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19

According to part 2 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions" Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that the periods of work of the health workers rendering in the medical organizations and their structural divisions medical care to patients with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 and suspicion of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19, are set off in years of service of the corresponding work granting the right to early purpose of insurance pension on old age according to Items 1, 2 and 20 parts 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions" in the following procedure:

day of work of health workers on delivery of health care to patients with new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 in stationary conditions - as 2 days;

day of work of health workers on rendering the ambulance, including specialized, medical care to patients with symptoms of SARS and extra hospital pneumonia, including on selection of biological material of patients for laboratory research on availability of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19, and also on implementation of medical evacuation of patients with suspicion of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 - as 2 days;

day of work of health workers on rendering primary health care to patients with the established diagnosis of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19 in out-patient conditions (including at home), and also on rendering primary health care by the patient with symptoms of SARS and extra hospital pneumonia, to implementation of selection of biological material of patients for laboratory research on availability of new koronavirusny infection of COVID-19, to transportation of patients in the polyclinic departments equipped under the KT-centers, and other medical organizations for carrying out tool research on availability of extra hospital pneumonia - as 2 days.

2. In case of calculation of the periods of the work granting the right to health workers on early purpose of insurance pension on old age according to Item 20 of part 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Insurance Pensions", according to the procedure, of the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution provisions of Item 5 of Rules of calculation of the periods of the work granting the right to early appointment of old-age pension to persons performing medical and other activities for public health care in healthcare institutions, according to the subitem 20 of Item 1 of article 27 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation", approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 29, 2002 No. 781 "About activity lists, professions, positions, specialties and organizations taking into account which the work old-age pension according to article 27 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation" is ahead of schedule appointed are not applied, and about approval of Rules of calculation of the periods of the work granting the right to early appointment of old-age pension according to article 27 of the Federal law "About Work Pensions in the Russian Federation".
