About introduction of amendments to the Law "About Police"

Article 1. In Item 3 of part 1 of article 10 of the Law of April 16, 2001 No. ZR-177 "About police" (further - the Law) the words "suffer from mental disease" shall be replaced with words "have problems with mental health, suffer", and the words "suffering from mental disease or suspects that suffer from mental disease" - the words "the having problems with mental health or causing suspicion available of problems with mental health".
Article 2. In Item 2 of part 1 of article 22 of the Law:
The first paragraph to state 1) in the following edition:
"2) to bring the persons having problems with mental health or causing suspicions available of problems with mental health to the special reception stations of police or to the psychiatric organizations for the purpose of prevention of public danger.";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in the second paragraph of the word "suffers from mental disease" "has problems with mental health".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
