About entering of amendments into the Law "About Police"
Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on June 3, 2020
Article 1. No. ZR-177 "About police" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 2 of the Law of April 16, 2001 with Item 4.1 of the following content:
"4. 1) traffic safety;".
Article 2. To add Item 7 of part 1 of article 11 of the Law with the subitem "d" of the following content:
"e) to the bodies performing criminal proceedings in the course of making of investigative and legal proceedings.".
Article 3. Part 3 of article 12 of the Law after the word "Government". add with the new offer of the following content: "The code of patrol service of Police is approved by the chief of Police.".
Article 4. The code of patrol service, the stipulated in Article 3 Laws, affirms within three months after entry into force of this Law.
Article 5. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
