3. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

Rules of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. These rules determine procedure for maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union) concerning the goods received by the Russian person in the Russian Federation from the territories of state members of the Union or shipped by the Russian person from the Russian Federation in the territory of state members of the Union (further - statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation), statistical form of accounting of movement of goods according to appendix No. 1 (further - statistical form) and Rules of filling of statistical form of accounting of movement of goods according to appendix No. 2.

For the purposes of these rules the Russian person is understood as person meeting the requirements of the subitem 17 of Item 1 of Article 2 of the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. These rules extend to the goods which are subject to accounting in statistics of mutual trade in goods of the Russian Federation according to Methodology of maintaining statistics of the mutual trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of December 25, 2018 No. 210 "About approval of Methodology of maintaining statistics of mutual trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union and Methodology of maintaining customs statistics of foreign trade in goods of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" (further - Methodology).
