Some questions of payment of the rent for state-owned property during action of quarantine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that for action of the quarantine established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of prevention of distribution in the territory of Ukraine of sharp respiratory disease of COVID-19, of SARS-CoV-2 caused by coronavirus:

1) lessees according to the list according to appendix 1 are exempted from the rent;

2) charge of the rent for use of real state-owned property calculated according to the Method of calculation of the rent for state-owned property and proportions of its distribution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 4, 1995 No. 786 (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, No. 2, Art. 57; The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 71, of the Art. 2677), is performed in the amount of:

50 percent of the amount of the added rent for lessees according to the list according to appendix 2;

25 percent of the amount of the added rent for lessees according to the list according to appendix 3.

2. To lessors of state-owned property to provide charge of the rent to lessees according to Item 1 of this resolution, since date of establishment of quarantine.
