Article 1

According to article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 No. 1-FKZ "About judicial system of the Russian Federation" and Articles 3, 32 and 33 Federal constitutional laws of February 7, 2011 No. 1-FKZ "About courts of law in the Russian Federation":

To abolish 1):

Baykalovsky district court of Sverdlovsk region, having referred the matters of implementation of justice relating to its maintaining in jurisdiction of the Irbit district court of Sverdlovsk region;

District court of Sverdlovsk region over the river, having referred the matters of implementation of justice relating to its maintaining in jurisdiction of the Beloyarsk district court of Sverdlovsk region;

Novolyalinsky district court of Sverdlovsk region, having referred the matters of implementation of justice relating to its maintaining in jurisdiction of the Verkhoturye district court of Sverdlovsk region;

Slobodo-Turinsky district court of Sverdlovsk region, having referred the matters of implementation of justice relating to its maintaining in jurisdiction of the Turin district court of Sverdlovsk region;

Tugulymsky district court of Sverdlovsk region, having referred the matters of implementation of justice relating to its maintaining in jurisdiction of Talitsky district court of Sverdlovsk region;

permanent judicial presence of the Tavda district court of Sverdlovsk region in the village of Tabora of Taborinsky district of Sverdlovsk region;

To determine 2) that jurisdiction of the Beloyarsk, Verkhoturye, Irbit, Talitsky and Turin district courts of Sverdlovsk region extends to the territories of the following administrative and territorial units of Sverdlovsk region in the borders existing on the date of entry into force of this Federal Law:

The Beloyarsk district court of Sverdlovsk region - in the territory of the city of Zarechny and the Beloyarsk district;

The Verkhoturye district court of Sverdlovsk region - in the territory of the Verkhoturye and Novolyalinsky districts;

The Irbit district court of Sverdlovsk region - in the territory of the city of Irbit, Baykalovsky and Irbit districts;

Talitsky district court of Sverdlovsk region - in the territory of Talitsky and Tugulymsky districts;

The Turin district court of Sverdlovsk region - in the territory of Slobodo-Turinsky and Turin districts;

To form 3):

as a part of the Verkhoturye district court of Sverdlovsk region permanent judicial presence in the city New Lyalya of Novolyalinsky district of Sverdlovsk region;

as a part of the Irbit district court of Sverdlovsk region permanent judicial presence in the village of Baykalovo of Baykalovsky district of Sverdlovsk region;

as a part of Talitsky district court of Sverdlovsk region permanent judicial presence in the settlement of city type by Tuguly of Tugulymsky district of Sverdlovsk region;

as a part of the Turin district court of Sverdlovsk region permanent judicial presence in the village Turin Settlement of the Slobodo-Turinsky region of Sverdlovsk region;

4) to Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to perform the organizational actions connected with execution of this Federal Law;

5) financial provision of the payment commitments connected with execution of this Federal Law is performed at the expense of means of the federal budget within the budgetary appropriations provided on content of courts of law.

Article 2

Item 2 of the Federal Law of October 4, 2014 No. 282-FZ "About formation of permanent judicial presence at structure of some district courts of Sverdlovsk region" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 40, the Art. 5313) to declare invalid.

Article 3

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for Items 1 - 3 Article 1 and article 2 of this Federal Law.

2. Items 1 - 3 Articles 1 and article 2 of this Federal Law become effective after one year after day of official publication of this Federal Law.
