About price regulation on masks and disinfectants

Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" and Item 1-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "About approval of lists of socially important goods (services), the prices (rates) for which are regulated by state bodies, and recognition voided some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Extend till October 4, 2020 state regulation of the prices of remedies of respiratory organs (the mask intended for individual application) and disinfecting (antibacterial, disinfecting) means (including gels, sprays) *, except for used as raw materials, and also in the industrial, veterinary, agricultural purposes (further - masks and disinfectants) and to establish:

1.1. the limiting standard rate of profitability used for determination of the amount of the profit which is subject to inclusion in selling prices of producers on masks and disinfectants in the amount of 10 percent;

1.2. the limiting maximum allowance of the importer on masks and disinfectants in the amount of 10 percent;

1.3. the limiting maximum wholesale allowance to selling price of the producer (importer) on masks and disinfectants in the amount of 15 percent.

The wholesale allowance to selling price of the producer (importer) on masks and disinfectants cannot exceed the size established by part one of this subitem irrespective of the number of the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs participating in realization of the specified goods;

1.4. the limiting maximum trade allowance (taking into account the wholesale allowance) to selling price of the producer (importer) on masks and disinfectants in the amount of 15 percent.
