1. Bring in the order of the Chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 23, 2018 No. 86/ke "About price approval on the services realized by the subject of the state monopoly in spheres of informatization, ensuring information security" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17630, it is published on November 6, 2018 in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan) the following changes:
The service prices realized by the subject of the state monopoly in the field of informatization, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 1) according to appendix 1 to this order;
The service prices realized by the subject of the state monopoly in the field of ensuring information security, approved by the specified order to be reworded as follows 2) according to appendix 2 to this order.
2. (Konkashev Sh. R.) to provide to service of information and cyber security of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of the first official publication.
