According to article 13 of the constitutional Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the Program of food security of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020 - 2024 it (is applied).
2. Accomplishment of the Program of food security of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2020 - 2024 to perform within the means provided in the government budget and also due to investment attraction (grants) domestic and foreign the organization and other sources which are not prohibited by the legislation.
3. To the Ministries of Agriculture, economic development and trade and finance of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan, for the purpose of accomplishment of the specified Program to take necessary measures for attraction of domestic and foreign investments.
4. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the relevant ministries and departments, executive bodies of the government of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas effective implementation of the specified Program and annually till March 1 to provide information on the course of its accomplishment to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.
