1. Approve:

1) Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusions about Compliance of Object of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population and to Hygienic Standard Rates on the Objects Located in the territory of Military Camps and Training Centers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusion on Projects, Works and Services on the Objects Located in the territory of Military Camps and Training Centers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 30, 2015 No. 238 "About approval of standards of the state services rendered by divisions of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 26, 2015 at No. 11467, it is published in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let on July 31, 2015);

2) the order of the Minister of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 29, 2015 No. 434 "About approval of regulations of the state services rendered by divisions of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 1, 2015 at No. 11992, it is published in information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let on September 22, 2015).

3. To provide to the head military-medical department of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its first official publication;

3) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy defense secretary of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. Bring this order to officials in the part concerning them.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusions about Compliance of Object of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population and to Hygienic Standard Rates on the Objects Located in the territory of Military Camps and Training Centers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Rules) determine procedure for rendering the state service "Issue of the Sanitary and Epidemiologic Conclusions about Compliance of Object of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance to Regulatory Legal Acts in the Sphere of Sanitary and Epidemiologic Wellbeing of the Population and to Hygienic Standard Rates on the Objects Located in the territory of Military Camps and Training Centers of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – the state service).

2. The state service appears the divisions of Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan performing activities in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further – the service provider).
