About some questions of the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic and sanitary and preventive actions

1. Approve:
1) Health regulations "Sanitary and epidemiologic requirements to the organization and holding sanitary and anti-epidemic, sanitary and preventive actions for the prevention of emergence of threat of spread of koronavirusny infection" according to appendix 1 to this order;
2) the list of some orders of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and additions, according to appendix 2 to this order are made.
2. To provide to committee of quality control and safety of goods and services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

267. Activities of posts on case of the prevention of delivery and spread of infectious diseases, including COVID 19 are performed according to requirements according to appendix 10 to these Health regulations.";

192. Work of business centers (insurance companies, services of the lawyer, notary, accountant and consulting, real estate agency, etc.) is performed with observance of the strengthened sanitary and disinfection mode.
193. Activities of objects for rendering services to the population (objects the rendering typographical services, sewing studio, shoe workshops, service for repair of footwear, clothes) and other objects excluding accumulation and long and close contact with observance of the strengthened sanitary and disinfection mode are performed according to requirements according to appendix 8 to these Health regulations.
194. Activities of objects in the sphere of rendering services in accommodation of the population (hotels, hotels) are performed according to requirements according to appendix 9 to these Health regulations.
195. Activities of objects of culture (individual and group rehearsals to 30 people) are performed with observance of the strengthened sanitary and disinfection mode according to requirements according to appendix 10 to these Health regulations.
196. Activities of SPA of the centers, baths, saunas, pools, beaches are performed with observance according to appendix 11 to these Health regulations.";
197. Activities of medico-social objects (retirement home, disabled people, children's home and others) are performed with observance of the strengthened sanitary and disinfection mode according to requirements according to appendix 12 to these Health regulations.
198. Activities of objects for rendering services of fitness, sport centers for the population for introduction of restrictive actions, including quarantine are performed according to requirements according to appendix 13 to these Health regulations.";
