Being guided by Items 19 and 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of ensuring application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of May 31, 2018 No. 1154-VQD "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" in connection with the introduction of this Law in force, I decide:

1. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

1.1. in three-months time to prepare and provide to the President of the Azerbaijan Republic offers on reduction of the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic and acts of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic to compliance with the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land";

1.2. in three-months time to provide reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic in compliance with this Law and to inform on it the President of the Azerbaijan Republic;

1.3. check reduction of regulatory legal acts of the central executive bodies in compliance with this Law and in five-months time to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on execution;

1.4. in three-months time to determine in coordination with the President of the Azerbaijan Republic form of economic case of use of the parcel of land according to article 10-1.2.4 of this Law;

1.5. resolve other issues following from this Law.

2. In part 2 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of March 12, 1999 No. 116 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About lease of land" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 1999, No. 3, Article 168; 2001, No. 10, Article 640, No. 12, Article 755; 2003, No. 10, Article 577; 2005, No. 11, Article 1016; 2006, No. 7, Article 590; 2007, No. 11, Article 1110; 2010, No. 7, Article 610; 2014, No. 11, Article 1418; 2016, No. 2, Article 254, No. 11, Article 1818) to make the following changes:
