About registration in system of the registered exporters
For the purpose of providing favorable conditions for commodity export to the states providing concerning the goods coming from the Republic of Belarus, tariff preferences:
1. Determine that:
registration in the system of the registered exporters applied by the Kingdom of Norway and the Swiss Confederation including change of registration data and withdrawal of registration in this system, is performed by the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry according to the procedure, determined by it in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Customs Committee;
the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of the Republic of Belarus planning to perform commodity exportation from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union on the territory of the Kingdom of Norway or the Swiss Confederation having the right to address to the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry behind registration in the system specified in the paragraph the second this Item.
2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
