Establish the following extreme size (the extreme sizes) of the starting (maximum) price of the contract in case of which excess the conclusion of the contract with the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) in case of recognition of tender or auction cancelled is performed according to Items 24 and 25 of part 1 of article 93 of the Federal law "About Contractual System in the Sphere of Purchases of Goods, Works, Services for Ensuring the State and Municipal Needs" (further - the Federal Law) in coordination with regulatory authority in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs (further respectively - purchase, regulatory authority in the sphere of purchases):

500 million rubles - when implementing purchase for ensuring federal needs (except for recognitions of open tender electronically, public electronic auction cancelled in the cases provided by Items 3 - 6 parts 1 of article 52 of the Federal Law, and also the procurement conducted by carrying out the closed method of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) recognized cancelled in the cases specified in paragraph four of this Item;

250 million rubles - when implementing purchase for ensuring needs of the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal needs (except for recognitions of open tender electronically, public electronic auction cancelled in the cases provided by Items 3 - 6 parts 1 of article 52 of the Federal Law, and also the procurement conducted by carrying out the closed method of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) recognized cancelled in the cases specified in paragraph four of this Item;

1 thousand rubles - in case of recognition of open tender electronically, public electronic auction cancelled in the cases provided by Items 3 - 6 parts 1 of article 52 of the Federal Law, and also when implementing purchase by carrying out the closed method of determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) recognized cancelled in the cases provided by Items 1 (in the cases provided by subitems 3 - 6 parts 1 of article 52 of the Federal Law), 2 and 3 parts 1 of article 77 of the Federal Law.

2. Approve enclosed:

Rules of coordination by regulatory authority in the sphere of purchases of goods, works, services for ensuring the state and municipal needs of the conclusion of the contract with the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) (further - Rules);

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that till January 1, 2022 the direction of the address about coordination of the conclusion of the contract with the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor), registration of such address, the direction of the decision on coordination of the conclusion of the contract with the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) or about refusal in such coordination, instructions about elimination of violations of the law of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts about contractual system in the sphere of purchases when holding open tender electronically, tender with limited participation electronically, two-stage tender electronically, electronic auction and request for proposals are electronically performed according to Item 10 and the paragraph third the subitem "v" of Item 11 of Rules without use of unified information system in the sphere of purchases.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2022, except for Item 9 and paragraph two of the subitem "v" of Item 11 of Rules, Items 1, of 2 and 5 changes approved by this resolution which become effective since July 1, 2021.
