2. In case of cancellation of departure of the long distance train in the cases specified in Item of 1 this provision, the passenger has the right:

In case of cancellation of departure of the long distance train in the cases specified in Item of 1 this provision, carriers shall post on the official sites on the Internet information on cancellation of departure of such long distance train and on actions of the passengers who processed travel documents (tickets) for the specified train.
