About additional measures for enhancement of activities of the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan

In the country large-scale work on improvement of the investment climate, increase in competitiveness of industries of economy and effective regulation of investing activities as basis for stimulation of investment attraction to the republic is carried out.
At the same time lack of developed investment projects taking into account the raw, infrastructure and labor capacity of regions and industries of economy interferes with process of active attraction of the foreign capital.
Effective implementation of investment projects requires involvement in productive activity empty and incomplete construction of facilities.
For the purpose of development of the perspective investment projects with calculations of payback offered for potential investors, increase in investment potential of the republic by stimulation of investment attraction to spheres, priority for the country, and industries of economy, and also increase in efficiency of activities of the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Take into consideration that the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 14, 2019 No. UP-5630 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of Management System State Assets, Anti-monopoly Regulation and Capital Market" of function of working body of the interdepartmental commissions on effective use of not used production facilities, and also development of investment projects ("road maps") on recovery of productive activity empty and incomplete are assigned by construction of facilities to the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Ministry).
Allocate to the Ministry in addition 70 established posts of managerial personnel, including on 5 established posts according to the Ministry of investments and foreign trade of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, managements of investments and foreign trade of areas and the city of Tashkent.
