1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Operation of Mining and Chemical Productions"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of rendering the state service "Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Operation of Mining and Chemical Productions" (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" (further - the Law) and determine licensing procedure on implementation of activities for operation of mining and chemical productions.

2. The license for activities on operation of mining and chemical productions includes the following subspecies of activities:

1) production of solid minerals (except for popular minerals);

2) opening and development of fields of solid minerals open and underground by methods;

3) conducting technology works on fields;

4) production of explosive works for mining;

5) liquidating works on closing of mines and mines;

6) underground and workover, dismantle of the equipment and aggregates, installation of the elevator of wells;

7) testing after repair of wells;

8) washing, cementation, approbation and development of wells;

9) operation of chemical productions.

3. "Licensing for implementation of activities for operation of mining and chemical productions" is the state service (further - the state service) and it appears Committee of industrial development of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

4. The license and (or) appendix to the license are subject to renewal in the cases established by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications".
