About the organizations providing carrying out mediation
Based on subitem 6.17-3 of Item 6, parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine that:
1.1. before giving in the Ministry of Justice according to Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 12, 2013 No. 58-Z "About mediation" documents for state registration of the organization providing carrying out the mediation created in the form of organization (further - organization), the owner of property of the created organization approves with the Ministry of Justice the name of organization in the procedure established by the legislation;
1.2. the documents provided by Items 2-4 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About mediation" for state registration of organization, the changes and (or) additions made to the charter of organization, registration of separate division of the legal entity providing carrying out mediation (further, unless otherwise specified, - separate division of the legal entity), are represented to the Ministry of Justice, the relevant head department of justice regional (Minsk city) executive committee (further, unless otherwise specified, - head department of justice) by mail or by the personal address:
in case of state registration of organization - the owner of property of the created organization or the other person authorized according to the power of attorney to act on behalf of this owner of property;
