About determination of specially authorized bodies for review specifications of goods and determination and control of special qualities and other characteristics of goods

According to Item "About legal protection of geographical instructions" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 15 parts one of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Determine specially authorized bodies:

The Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food - concerning agricultural products (agricultural goods), foodstuff, wines, the flavored wine products, alcoholic drinks;

The Ministry of Culture and information policy - concerning products of national art crafts;

The Ministry of Health - concerning natural medical resources (mineral waters, therapeutic muds, ozokerite, bischofite, brine of estuaries and lakes and so forth).

2. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.
