About carrying out experiment on marking by means of identification and to monitoring of turnover of the separate types of tobacco products which are subject to obligatory marking since July 1, 2020.

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Conduct from October 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 in the territory of the Russian Federation experiment on marking by means of identification and to monitoring of turnover of the separate types of tobacco products which are subject to obligatory marking since July 1, 2020 (further - experiment).

2. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on carrying out experiment on marking by means of identification and to monitoring of turnover of the separate types of tobacco products which are subject to obligatory marking since July 1, 2020;

the list of the types of tobacco products which are subject to marking within the experiment on marking by means of identification and to monitoring of turnover of the separate types of tobacco products which are subject to obligatory marking since July 1, 2020.

3. Determine that the federal executive bodies authorized on ensuring carrying out experiment are the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of digital development, communication and mass communications of the Russian Federation, Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, the Federal Tax Service, Federal Accreditation Service, Federal Agency for Technical Regulation and Metrology, Federal State Statistics Service, the Federal Customs Service, Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare and Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (further - authorized bodies).

4. Agree with the offer of Operator-TsRPT limited liability company on participation of the specified society in experiment on a grant basis.
