About enhancement of public administration in the field of tourism and tourist activities
For the purpose of enhancement of public administration in the field of tourism and tourist activities, increase in efficiency of development of the tourist industry and optimization of structure of federal executive bodies I decide:
1. Determine that management of activities of Federal Tourism Agency is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation.
2. Transfer to Federal Tourism Agency functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of tourism and tourist activities, on coordination of sales activity of the priority directions of state regulation of tourist activities in the Russian Federation, and also on implementation of the state supervision of activities of tour operators and merging of tour operators in the field of outbound tourism.
3. Bring in the structure of federal executive bodies approved by the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of January 21, 2020 No. 21 "About structure of federal executive bodies" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 4, Art. 346; No. 13, Art. 1899), following changes:
a) to exclude words "Federal Tourism Agency" from the Section II "Federal ministries which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation, the Federal Services and federal agencies subordinated to these federal ministries";
b) "The Federal Services and federal agencies which management of activities is performed by the Government of the Russian Federation" to add the Section III with words "Federal Tourism Agency".
4. To the government of the Russian Federation:
a) provide the solution of the organizational, financial, material and other matters connected with implementation of this Decree;
b) in 6-month time to bring the acts into accord with this Decree.
