About entering of amendment and changes into the Law "About Regulating Authority of Public Services"

Article 1. Article 7.1 of the Law of December 25, 2003 No. ZR-18 "About regulating authority of public services" (further - the Law) to add with part 2.1 following of content:
"2.1. Members of the commission when implementing the powers are independent and act according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. To state article 8 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 8. Structural divisions of the Commission
1. The commission will organize the works with the help of the principal secretary, deputy of the principal secretary, and also structural divisions of the Commission (further - structural divisions), management of which is performed by heads of structural divisions. Work of structural divisions is regulated by this Law and decisions of the Commission.
2. Structural divisions provide full and effective implementation of the powers assigned to the Commission by the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, this Law and other laws.
3. Functions of structural divisions of the Commission, the number of persons employed and other internal system matters connected with the organization of activities of structural divisions are regulated by decisions of the Commission. The number of persons employed of the Commission will be approved with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 3. From heading and part 3 of article 9 of the Law to exclude the word of "device".
Article 4. In article 18 of the Law of the word "About Remuneration of Persons Holding the State Positions" shall be replaced with words "About remuneration of persons holding the state positions and positions of public service".
Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
