About measures for prevention of spread of the infection caused by COVID-19 coronavirus

For the purpose of decrease in risk of distribution in the Republic of Belarus in the infection caused by COVID-19, coronavirus Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

conciliatory meetings according to the Regulations of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 14, 2009 No. 193, are held with use of technical means of communication, including video conferencing, for the purpose of ensuring the minimum presence of workers in one room;

the additional paid services specified in Items 1-11 of appendix to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 15, 2016 to No. 826 "About rendering additional paid services by the bodies registering acts of civil status" appear in the presence of the minimum number of guests, but no more than 10 people. The decision on the number of guests is received in each case by the authorized officer of the body registering acts of civil status.

2. Suspend:

Item paragraph two 3, Item 6, paragraph two of part one and part two of Item 10, Item 12 of the Regulations on procedure for the approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 5, 2009 No. 154, regarding the personal request of the applicant for approval of names of commercial and non-profit organizations;

paragraph two of part one and part four of Item 19 of the Regulations on the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 23, 2009 No. 229, regarding personal submission of documents for receipt of information from the Single state register of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, and also personal receipt of the specified information;

resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 26, 2014 No. 162 "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out monitoring of observance by notaries of the legislation on notariate".

3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and is effective before singular solution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.
