1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and National academy of Sciences of Belarus of April 17, 2014 No. 22/4 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation, transfer and receipt of commodity-transport and consignment notes in the form of electronic documents, introduction of changes in them and (or) amendments and establishment of form of certifying text on form of external submission of the commodity-transport and consignment notes created in the form of electronic documents, on paper";
the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and National academy of Sciences of Belarus of April 23, 2018 No. 23/11 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus and National academy of Sciences of Belarus of April 17, 2014 No. 22/4".
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 13, 2020.
