c) implementation of purchase for federal state needs at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) determined by the order of the Russian Prime Minister for the purpose of implementation of decisions of Coordination council under the Government of the Russian Federation by fight against spread of new koronavirusny infection in the territory of the Russian Federation, actions of the plan providing priority actions (actions) for ensuring sustainable development of economy in the conditions of the deterioration in situation in connection with spread of new koronavirusny infection approved (approved) by the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation by the Russian Prime Minister;

d) implementation of purchase at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) at the expense of means of reserve fund of the Government of the Russian Federation, reserve funds of the supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation.

2. Purchase at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) in cases, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is performed according to the procedure, provided by the Federal Law for case, stipulated in Item 2 parts 1 of article 93 of the Federal Law, and taking into account provisions of this resolution.

3. Purchase at the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) for federal needs, needs of the subject of the Russian Federation, municipal needs in cases, the stipulated in Item 1 this resolution, is performed according to the decision according to the Government of the Russian Federation, the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation, local administration.
